MORE INFORMATION

Play serves as a child's innate mode of self-expression and is best suited for children between 3 and 11 years old. Therapeutic play employs a holistic approach, utilising diverse techniques to aid children in addressing emotional, social, behavioural, and mental health challenges. As the name suggests, therapists use play to communicate with children to prevent and resolve their faced challenges.

By using therapeutic activities for children, experienced problems can be processed. There are many therapeutic activities for children that allow them to deal with their problems in a fun way. It is particularly beneficial for children who may have difficulty expressing themselves verbally, such as those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or behavioural problems. By engaging in play, children can process their emotions, develop coping skills, and enhance their self-esteem and resilience, ultimately fostering growth and development.
